Who?

No other than one of the most important bands in the history of punk/hardcore, Refused!

What?

The bands last EP before they called it quits, ‘The New Noise Theory’.

Where?

At my girlfriends home, in her bed. YAS!

What did I think of it?

After a mentally busy day at uni, and not getting access to new music until about 10pm, I wanted something quite light. This awesome EP done the trick. Refused really are one of the best bands to have graced this ugly planet, and the impact they have had on the punk genre is clear to see. I absolutely loved ‘Blind Date’, it is fucking amazing, quite simply.

I really do think this band would have a massive place in the genre if they came back for a second bout of chaos. I really hope they do. If punk rock needs an injection of something, Refused are most certainly that drug.
